5 Tips On Eating Healthy

1. Keep a food journal so that you can record all the food you eat
2. EAT BREAKFAST. This is very important because it provides your body with energy that will get it through the day
3. Take small steps when trying to change your diet to a heaithier one
4. Eat slowly. IT will give your body more time to take in the food that you are eating
5. Eat sweets but with control and only once in a while.
